City Palace of Jaipur



City Palace forms one of the most famous tourist attractions and a major landmark in Jaipur.Its famous for its rajput architecture work and outstanding art.The palace consists several buildings like Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, Mukut Mahal, Maharani's Palace, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.There is fixed time to entry or exit,its 10am to 5pm and tickets charges too.Its really great experiences to walk around these places.Mubarak mahal which is a costume gallery where we can admire to see attires of royal family.
There is Diwan-i-khas where they put two big silver vessels which are world's largest silver vessels.There is another place which is called Diwan-i-Aam which is showcasing handwritten original manuscripts of Hindu scriptures.
Maharani palace is converted into museum which has a gallery showcasing weapons of Kings time.Its really big and heavy.Today its difficult to pick them as man should be strong enough.There is one temple of Shri Govind Dev which is lovely one.
One portion of city palace is now residential place for king,queen(Rani Gayatri Devi which was famous as most beautiful lady on the earth)and its family.
